17' 18' 19' Foot Heavy Duty Canvas Trailerable Boat Cover

1. Heavy Duty Rip stop Material: Made of 600D Marine Grade Polyester. Mixed with Upgraded Anti-UV Composite prevents the cover from ageing, disintegration and tearing caused by exposure to the sun. Backside 3-Layer PU Coating which can withstand up to 6000+ pa water pressure. All seams are covered with waterproof sealing tape to prevent water seepage.
2. Additional Reinforcements Makes the Boat Cover Stronger: All seam areas are Triple Folded and Double Stitched, strong and tear-resistant; We especially added Extra Layers of Reinforced Protection at critical points (Bow and Both Corner of Stern)to reduce the risk of tearing at typical wear points and extend its service life; The built-in reinforced tie-down loops are sewn Stitching, extremely robust than single stitching.
3. Unbreakable Windproof Straps: Equipped with Adjustable and Detachable Thick High-Density Straps and thickened 5mm quick-release windproof buckles which allow you to lock the cover with your boat and prevent it from being blown away. The Independent Removable Straps can be Replaced if damaged, no need to replace the entire cover. Integrated Elastic Cord sewn into the bottom hem that provides a tight and custom fit for your boat.
4. Moisture Control & Ventilation: Dual air vents with PP shell at the rear allow air to circulate under the cover without compromising its water resistance, reducing moisture and hot air in the cover, keeping the hull dry, and extending its service life. This Universal Winter Boat Cover fits V-hull tri-hull runabout boats, bass tracker boats up to 16ft-18.5ft long and beam width up to 94in.

Q: Are you a factory or trading company? 

A: Our company is a factory with workshop.  

 

Q: Where is your factory and how can we go? 

A: Our factory is in Industril Park, Wuqiao Town, Jiangdu District, Yangzhou City, near Shanghai and Nanjing. 

You can take train to Zhenjiang or Taizhou City, or by air to Nanjing or Yang Tai Airport, we will arrange car to pick you up there.  

 

Q: What is the lead time? 

A: Usually we finish the orders in 35days. But it will take a little longer if with heavy burden of production task. It also takes time if we need to open many molds for your order.  

 

Q: How can I get some samples? 

A: We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, the small samples are free for you, this charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order.  

 

Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control? 

A: Quality is priority! Every worker keeps the QC from the very beginning to the very end. 

a. All raw material we used are passed the strength test. 

b. Skillful workers care every detail in sewing, printing, stitching, packing process;
